A Travelogue for Tourists and Our Future Generations

Welcome to my travelogue! Here you can find out 3 landmarks in Bukit Batok and information about it.

1) Bukit Batok Nature Park:
Playground, renovate before. Its made out of wood and plastics. Have sand patches
for kids to play with.
 A walkway to transmission tower.
During World War II, the Japanese selected the Lorong Sesuai site as a memorial for the soldiers who died. All that remains are two pillars and 120 concrete steps leading up to a transmission tower. A memorial plaque lies at the foot of the stairs to inform visitors of the significance and meaning of the location.
Its a long way up from the entrance
The serene ambience of the park provides an ideal ambience for a peaceful nature walk.
To the upper right hand corner is the playground. This is a picture of the walk way from the entrance.
The walk way continues to here, and here there is a lake.
Above the cliff is part of the walkway to the transmission tower

2) Bukit Batok Town Park (also known as Little Guilin or Xiao Guilin):
With a beautiful landscape of a lake and tall cliffs, it creates a beautiful scene. It only have a simple walkway with next to the lake.
It is called Little Guilin or Xiao Guilin because this park looks similar to that of Guilin in China - a granite rock sitting within a lake.
